Down by Reykjavik’s old harbour is an amazing little restaurant called Sægrefinn (Sea Baron). It’s located in a green-painted fisherman’s hut and there you can have your choice of amazing seafood. The owner (a retired fisherman and a Coast Guard chef) has come up with the recipe for the world’s best lobster soup. I know it’s a rather bold statement but take my word for it, it’s really, really, really good.
If you find yourself in Reykjavik with some time on your hands, you should really check this place out.
